Wear neoprene — water is warm and theoretically you won’t need any wetsuit, however neoprene is highly effective in protecting your skin from the reef. Consider using a short wetsuit, or a 1–2mm vest. You’ll get hot, for sure, but it’s better than having reef scratches all over your back.
