As advertised in yesterdays update we are now monitoring for developing low pressure off the Northern Cuban Coast/Central Bahamas. Earlier this morning the University of Wisconsin CIMSS tagged an area off the Coast as 93L INVEST. This image was captured from there website. The ball of convection off the South Cuba Coast looks to be the original circulation center associated with Tropical Storm CHANTAL
The circled area here is what we here at DaBuh.com are monitoring. Alot of times when you have a broad area of low pressure, low pressure shifts around until it finds an area it wants to try and develop in. This looks like at present we are in the beginning stages of a new low forming. If in fact this does develop we thing this will be named Tropical Storm DORIAN.
We are also monitoring an area well East of Bermuda. This will be making it’s way towards the SE U.S. Coast over the next several days.
Here’s our latest video on the above update. Best viewed in full screen.
